HRSA RHC COVID-19 Testing Supply Program

Enrollment Scheduled to Close in Early 2024

Dear RHC Community,

We wanted to share with you a few important updates regarding the HRSA RHC COVID-19 Testing Supply Program.

All RHCs that are not yet enrolled in the program, but wish to order these supplies in the future, are encouraged to enroll as soon as possible. HRSA will stop accepting new enrollments in this program in early 2024. To enroll, please:

  • Confirm that you are a Medicare-certified Rural Health Clinic and identify your CMS Certification Number (CCN). If you are unsure, visit the CMS QCOR website to look up your CCN number and confirm your status as a Medicare-certified RHC.
  • Email RHCTestKit@hrsa.gov with “Enroll” in the subject line.

RHCs that are already enrolled do not need to take any action. However, if your organization experienced staff turnover since enrollment and needs to change the individual who has ordering permissions, please email RHCcovidsupplies@narhc.org.

There will be a pause in ordering COVID-19 Testing Supplies in the second half of December. Please ensure that your testing supply orders are placed by Monday, December 11th if you are in need of these supplies. Ordering will reopen in January for enrolled RHCs.
