1-2 PM RHC Hot Topics 

• Discuss common deficiencies found at the RHC
• Discover helpful tools to obtain and maintain compliance at the clinic
• Implement streamlining strategies

2-3 PM Missed Opportunities

• To understand the level and impact in variation on clinical process and outcome measures
• To discuss strategies for identifying missed opportunities to ensure evidence based recommended services
• To develop action plans for developing protocols and standing orders to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of evidence based recommended services

3-4 PM Practical Emergency Preparedness

• Discuss the differences between the training and testing program at the facility
• Discuss common pitfalls for emergency planning
• Review practical ways to document ongoing compliance with emergency preparedness tasks

4-45 PM G0511 Breakdown

• Learn the basic rules and requirements for G0511
• Understand how RPM can enhance patient engagement and improve outcomes
• Discover the value implementing G0511 can bring to your clinic and patients
