2025 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Released!

Happy Friday Afternoon, RHC Community!

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) just issued the CY 2025 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) Final Rule.

This finalizes, with various modifications, many CMS proposals that NARHC shared with the RHC community this summer/fall. The majority of these changes will go into effect January 1, 2025. As a reminder, this regulation contains changes to required lab services, productivity standards, RHC care management billing, vaccine administration, and more.

The NARHC DC team is analyzing differences between the proposed and final rules and preparing complete summaries of the updates. In addition, we will be hosting a two-part webinar series to cover the regulatory updates RHCs need to know entering 2025!
