NARHC has the following activities happening throughout the conference.
Monday, October 7th
Start Your Week in Stride: Join us for a 30-minute walk led by NARHC's Director of Government Affairs, Sarah Hohman! Take a stroll or enjoy a jog in one of the beautiful parks Grand Rapids has to offer. Start time will be 6:30 AM. REGISTER today!
NARHC Social Mixer: NARHC along with the Social Mixer sponsors United Professional Benefits and Wintergreen, invite you to join us @ 6:00 PM at one of Grand Rapids local iconic locations, The B.O.B. There will be heavy hors d'oeuvres, drinks, games, and is a great way to network! Want to bring a guest*, just let us know when you REGISTER!

Pilates Pick Me Up: We understand conferences consist of a lot of sitting. Here is your chance to get moving! Join us at 6:30 AM for an invigorating workout. Never tried pilates before? Here's your chance! Whether you are new to pilates or well versed, this class is for you! A local BODYBAR Pilates expert instructor will guide you through 50 minutes of stretching and strengthening. REGISTER for just $7! All costs will go towards your own yoga mat that you get to take home with you!
