Individual Module Cancellation Policy
Please read our cancellation policy carefully prior to proceeding with registration. All cancellations will incur a $25 processing fee.
100% Refund - Prior to course content being accessed
No Refunds - After course content has been accessed
Substitute Attendee/Transfers - Substitutions and transfers to any future courses are not allowed.

FAQs
What does the module registration cost?
If you are an employee of a NARHC Member you are eligible to receive the discounted member rate of $200 per course. The non-discounted rate is $250. If your clinic or organization is not currently a member, unsure of your member status, or would like to become a member, please call 866-306-1961 or email membership@narhc.org and we will be glad to help you!
When is Enrollment?
This module is offered year-round. With access for 90 days after August 12, 2024 when the module opens.
What happens if I want to purchase more than one Module?
To add more than one module to your cart you will have to register separately through each module section.
What is the format of the module?
This is a self-paced online module with multiple topic sections. The online learning material consists of written content, videos, and short quizzes throughout each section.
How long will it take me to go through the module(s)?
Each individual modules varies on time. The Admin & Finance module is approximately 5.5 hours. The Billing & Coding module is approximately 3.5 hours. The Compliance module is approximately 2 hours.
How many times can I review content?
The module content can be reviewed for 90 days after start, as often and for as long as you want during that timeframe including quiz retakes.
Are there any prerequisites to the individual modules?
While there are no prerequisites required, we do highly recommend going through our Intro to RHCs course if you are brand new to RHCs or your role within a RHC. Registration is free to NARHC members and $50 for non-members.
Are individual modules for RHC employees only?
No. The modules will benefit anyone working within the RHC community, including government agencies and consultants.
Will I become CRHCP Certified after the course?
No. The individual modules are designed to offer additional knowledge in specialized areas. For CRHCP certification the CRHCP course is required. If you are interested in becoming CRHCP certified please visit our CRHCP Course page.
